Just my opinion based on my limited knowledge and resources.
I've seen a lot of Mayfield and Rudolph games, quite a few of Jackson's. Everyone else I'm going off reels and draftniks' info along with some gut feelings based on interviews and stats and competition info.

Interesting you have Rosen and Rudolph so low... Why so low on them... or why so high on Jackson/Allen?

I don't watch college football so don't take me too seriously here.

This is from all I've read, watched (which is not a lot) and the "feel" on each of them.

Mayfield - First I watched a video of every throw in one game, he impressed me from the very first one, very accurate, quick release, smart, confident... confidence is really needed for a QB, yeah he can be a lil cocky but I don't think it will be a problem.

Jackson - Aside from all his running and athletic ability, it looks like with good coaching he can become a real good QB. Accurate enough, quick release.

Allen - Needs a lot of work but the talent seems to be there, we all know about the arm, athletic ability etc. Same as Jackson, they need a good coach, if he goes to the Bills or Jets I can see him ending up like a bust. 

Darnold - Long throwing motion, may not be a slow release but is not fast. USC. I think the pressure of being a high draft pick and a NFL QB can become too much for him

Rosen - I don't get the "Rosen is purest passer in the draft", I just don't see it, to me that's Mayfield. He does looks smart and accurate but what Jim Mora said about him makes me think Rosen is not gonna be a successful NFL QB, he said "He needs to be challenged intellectually so he doesn’t get bored. He’s a millennial. He wants to know why. Millennials, once they know why, they’re good. Josh has a lot of interests in life. If you can hold his concentration level and focus only on football for a few years, he will set the world on fire. He has so much ability, and he’s a really good kid.” That's sounds to me like the guy doesn't really love football enough, he doesn't care enough. I just know I wouldn't touch Rosen with a 1st round pick and I'd bet some money he ends up being an average starter at best.

Rudolph - not very impressed by his game vs Oklahoma. Nothing in his game really jumps at me to say he can be a good QB in the NFL.
