I really wish they'd have at least -interviewed Greg Roman, and done their due diligence, rather than hiring Bradley off of one interview, which went away from the philosophy that was executed with the Caldwell hire.

Totally agree that hiring Mularkey was [BLEEP]. 

 

But right now we are possibly in a pattern of hiring bad choices for head coach, much liek what was going on in Detroit for years. Having a bad head coach AND a bad roster are not mutually exclusive entities. You can - (and we might) have both....

 

The Jags were the only team out of 8 openings this offseason to hire a defensive minded head coach. 

 

If this team goes 0-16 (winless), you've got to replace the head coach.
