I still think you have Crosby too low.

I think I could be very happy with Wynn if I were sold on his power in run blocking and holding up at the point of attack against bigger, more powerful NTs.  At his best, he could be another Leon Searcy, who was drafted as a G out of Miami by Pittsburgh, but played RT for us.

Not sure about Mike White in the 2nd, though I liked what I saw of him in the Senior Bowl.

Typically I dislike Indiana players, but I like what I have seen of Ian Thomas to the point where I would wholly endorse this pick in the 3rd round.

My inclination is to think Marquis Haynes would be preferred over your second W KY guy and your 6th rounder, because Caldwell prefers guys from big schools.

I just don't see Haynes as a OLB in a 4-3 scheme. I believe he is either a 3-4 pass rushing OLB or perhaps a DE in a 4-3 system or even a LEO in a 4-3 hybrid. He's an accomplished pass rusher, but when it comes to other skills, he needs some work. When I got to the end of the draft, I just tried to pick the BAP for our positions of need. I didn't really take notice of the schools, (which is why we doubled up twice.) That was totally unintentional. The small school corner I have us taking is extremely athletic, has a knack for getting to the football, he would probably become the fastest player on the team and he could be a valuable return man. I just thought he checked all the boxes.

Exactly.  I would rather the team draft another edge rusher than a 4-3 olb.

Worst to 1st.  Curse Reversed!
