The NFLPA isn't going to allow that to happen.

The travel scenarios for any divisional opponents of a London based team are a MAJOR stumbling block to overcome.One that all of the fear-mongering conspiracy theorists and delusional naysayers are completely ignoring. 
The players union will absolutely throw a fit about it.   

I think we'll see the international series expand to include a few more games and involve a few more teams that want a piece of the pie. But I doubt we ever see the Jags (or any team) play more than two games in one season in London. 

They'd have to have a major expansion of a whole new division based in the UK/mainland Europe IMO to even consider overcoming the travel disadvantages. 

This is coming from a guy who has flown across the pond a dozen times BTW - it can be pretty rough on your sense of well being and ability to sleep properly. It doesn't lend itself to competitive sport at all.
