These days, a 4.55 is practically a tight end time. I could see him working in as a receiving tight end who won't do much blocking, but we've already got two of those in ASJ and Niles Paul, and both are much higher-paid. Even O'Shaughnessey fits that role nicely, although I doubt he makes the team purely because NFL rosters generally require at least one tight end who can hold the point.

Practice squad, sure, that's a possible outcome for any of the guys signed over the next few days. I think Lazard's best chance to stick would be to put that impressive combination of size and athleticism to work by leveling kickoff and punt returners.
