Absolutely not. Put on some game tapes. Watch him in the Senior Bowl. He was by far the worst QB on the field. He looked like he didn't even belong there. His passes were sailing all over the place.

I watched some cutups from that and from the game against Northwestern. In both he seemed to start slow and got a little better as the game went on. Overall, I'd say meh. Mechanics seem pretty inconsistent. He does seem to have a bit of athleticism but doesn't seem to see the field very well and for every "wow" throw he makes, he'll make 3 where you go "what was he thinking?"  Actually that does sound like a young Bortles.  I guess we'll see in training camp.
