I'm curious what you've seen to make you say this. When I watched his film I could see him standing firm in the pocket while effectively side stepping away from pressure.  Now he doesn't have that mobility to take off and get outside when pressure is about to hit home, but from what I've seen he understands how to move around within the pocket to buy a little time. He's certainly not going to turn high-tail and take off running from ghost pressure like Josh Allen. 

I think he's talking about having a lower completion % against pressure, not necessarily his "pocket presence."
