Jags trade back?

Trying to think of situations where the Jags would be able to trade back in the first. Right now I am thinking of someone (Vikings, Raiders) falling in love with a QB and giving up a 2nd or a 3rd to move up a couple of spaces. If St. Louis stays put, although unlikely, there is a possibility that either 2 of the top 3 QBs are still around, or the top defensive prospect. Even if they do trade out, there might be only 1 of the top QBs left at our spot (I am looking at Minnesota or Oakland).
Would you be happy with an extra 2nd or 3rd round pick (as opposed to another 1st) to slide back 3-4 spots and pick up someone like Mack out of Buffalo?
