BTW I am a supporter of the 2nd amendment so you've completely misread me.

I just feel if you can't be a responsible gun owner then you shouldn't have the right to, because that irresponsible behavior makes every other responsible gun owner look bad and just leads to further attacks on the 2nd amendment.
