Based on the above quote, it's very  clear there is a termination provision within his agreement that allows the landlord to terminate for such cause, whether it be for his actions alone or due to the indirect circumstances that resulted in a disruption outside of the leased premises, directly as a result of his actions.  Attorneys don't just accept eviction if their Agreements don't allow for such action by the landlord.
