Sorry, did we have a bet? Are you the other guy's handler? I'll offer this. Fairly certain I've already explained why he may not file a civil suit. For your clarity...New York caps civil at $25,000. Unless he can somehow gain jurisdiction outside of New York for conflict of interest, he won't file. The loss versus gain is extremely out of balance unless this escalates further. Doesn't mean he has no grounds.  As far as disbarment, it won't happen. Guaranteed! I don't bet, so if it turns out I'm wrong, you two can jump up and down and high five.
