Valid points indeed.  We (the City of Jacksonville) needs to make certain we support Khan throughout his revitalization visions of downtown Jacksonville, then ultimately approve a tax increase if and when they day comes in which Shad wants to build a new stadium.  Even with all of the renovations, there does come a time (~ 2025) in which we'll need to cross that hurdle .... assuming nothing drastic happens prior to that.  By that time, our metro population of $1.6m should expand to ~ $2m which will likewise expand our TV market presence significantly (as other cities experience population reductions or remain stagnant).
