The difference between Kroenke and Khan is that from the day he bought the Rams Kroenke never put a single dime into the St. Louis market or stadium. His only real action concerning the stadium was to take the city to court over the lease. That ended up him winning the suit and essentially getting a year-to-year lease which he could break at will.

Khan by contrast, has put millions into the team, stadium, and the city in general, both before and after the Jaguars started playing games in London.

I agree that Khan is doing everything possible here in Jacksonville and made a wise business decision to play 1 game per season in London for $1m/game at a time when we totally sucked.  

That said, I'll play Devil's advocate with the Glass Half Empty:  one could argue, with the potential purchase of Wembley, that Khan is investing vastly more money in the City of London with his Fulham FC (Premier League Team) and Wembley Stadium (if the sale goes through).
