You're doing it right by getting lessons from the beginning and avoiding years of trial and error technique which ingrains bad form and habits.  But not to worry, just when you get comfortable with your game, a day will come along when it seems as if you've never swung a club before. Thanks HB. I took a video of myself swinging. That helped quite a bit. What I pictured looking completely Barkley-esque actually looked almost natural. Half to say though, growing up not having played any stick and ball sports, swing a golf club is weird.
