He's either hoping for a once in a generation QB or the Jaguars winning the lotto and finding a Tom Brady. Problem is they call certain QBs "once in a generation" for a good reason, it just doesn't happen often. Even if one is available the Jaguars will never be bad enough to grab the guy barring a complete selling of the farm in a trade up. The other scenario requires the planets to align and lightning to strike a single blade of grass at Everbank field 1 million times in succession.
