A great coach would not tolerate 5 or more losses 7 of the past 9 years in a sub-par (my opinion) conference. That's college ball. Much harder to get Ws in the pros. How many solid college coaches flame out in the NFL? What argument can you make that an average to above average coach (based on record and signature wins - or lack thereof) would be a solid choice to be an NFL coach? Make one or yield.
Only a chump boos the home team!
