Harvin put up like 28 or 29 reps.  I will put any kind of bet down that Watkins doesn't put up more than 15.  Harvin is ripped.  Watkins is average at best.

 

I watch plenty of Clemson games.  Watkins is in the backfield as often as he is downfield.  He has potential, but Clemson doesn't have him run NFL routes.  I'm not saying he can't, because I've seen him run some excellent routes, but he hasn't been in an offense conducive to actually playing receiver in the NFL and not "offensive weapon."
