I thought Meeks was a CB. The official roster does list some guys as a DB who maybe could play either spot, but they have Meeks listed as a CB, and his draft profile shows him as a top-15 CB in the last draft.  Are you talking about him potentially converting from backup CB to starting FS?

Yes.

The biggest weakness in his game based on all I have been able to research is his lack of deep recovery speed.  Having him aligned deep off the ball would mitigate that weakness, while still enabling him to play to his obvious strength of making plays on the ball.
