Mickens will have to outplay Greene at WR and PR to stick. As of now, that's an uphill battle. If Lazard gets in the mix then Mickens' chances get even slimmer.

Right. But I believe Westbrook will be even better than Mickens. They couldn't risk him in that role last season as they were thin at WR and depending on him there, but he looked spectacular returning punts in pre-season (and in college of course.)
If the Jags WR corps enters the reg season healthy, they can afford to use Westbrook as a returner and not risk any drop-off if they have to part ways with Mickens.
