You may be right.

However, consider:

1.  We may well have seen it and not known what we were looking at.  The angles at the training camp, even standing atop the highest bleacher, do not really lend themselves to readily identifying formations and personnel groupings.  The angles released in the twitter clips don't help much from that perspective, either.

2.  There are a bunch of training camp practices that won't be open to the public where they could install that personnel grouping.  In fact, we may not see that until the regular season.

Of course, all of this presumes the coaches feel like Harrison is big enough, physical enough, and sufficiently adept in coverage to single him on a TE.  They may not feel comfortable enough to do that.
