Obviously this has a fantasy football bent to it, but I've been thinking about this tweet the last few days. Are our WRs actually doing really well, or are we just being manipulated by cherry picked tweets and videos that obviously want to drum up hype and get us pumped for the team and this season? Sure seems like there are glowing reports across the league about how every offense is taking steps forward, and we just know that isn't going to be the case. The QB aggregate numbers that some people have been posting after practices haven't been all that great either, so I think I'm going to rein in the offensive excitement a little.

I think we're ultimately going to be in a lot more low scoring slugfests where we're praying the defense bails out a struggling offense with a touchdown or big turnover. Plenty of it because of coaching philosophies obviously, but a lot of it also because I think we're starting to get a little to rosy when it comes to our perception of the leap forward we're expecting for our WR corps and Bortles.
