I heard this topic discussed on 1010 last week. I thought it was way too premature to do this since the Jags have yet to even go to a Super Bowl. However, I'll play along and go with this group:

1. Ramsay- If the Jags win a Super Bowl or have multiple playoff wins, he is likely to be the 2nd Jag after Boselli to make the Hall.
2. Yannick- His 2 year stats are on a par with some of the all-time greats. If he stays healthy, I expect him to keep improving and would give him a 50-50 chance of making the HOF if this team keeps winning.
3. Jack- Based on talent, he should be a candidate. Whether he can stay healthy for enough seasons to gain consideration is anyone's guess.
4. Telvin Smith- His numbers are elite and his leadership give him bonus points. Odds less than 50-50, but he has a chance.

That's about it for my list. Calais has been a very good player for most of his career, but I don't see him duplicating his amazing 2017-18 season and he'll fall short.
Fournette's running style and body type are not conducive to him having a long enough career to make the HOF. I'd be more than satisfied if he averages 1500 yards and 12 touchdowns in leading the Jags to at least 1 Super Bowl victory in the next 3 years.

The only other Jag to get in will be Coughlin. He is a slam dunk to enter Canton, although we must share him with the Giants.
