With a healthy Andrew Luck, the Colts could be much better. Even with a terrible defense, he is always a danger to hang 40 on you. DeShaun Watson looked great as a double threat last season, but his O-Line is God awful and I am counting on us taking advantage of that. I could see us losing one game each to the Colts and Texans, but that should still be good enough for us to win the division by 2-3 games. The Giants don't scare me at all. Barkley is overrated and the O-Line is far from fixed. NE is a coin toss. It should be a close game. Our toughest games should be the Pats, Eagles, Cowboys, Steelers and Washington. Those games could go either way. I'm gonna say we go 11-5.You think the Cowboys are a tough game? Based on what? They have zero receiving weapons and a suspect defense, especially in the secondary. The Cowboys have the best O-Line in the NFL and arguably, one of the top 3 RB's in the NFL. Dak has the ability to make things happen on the ground and I was a big Allen Hurns fan. I personally believe he is a big upgrade over Dez at this point in their careers. I'm not saying I think we'll lose that game, but it's one of those match ups that I see as a potential "trap game" for us. As far as the Titans, Mariota just isn't great passer. He needs a solid running game and I see Derrick Henry as a complimentary goal line rusher only. DeMarco Murray was the feature runner and they no longer have that. That was a huge part of their offense and I just don't see them being the same. |
