Moncrief has the necessary skills to play split end and at the very least rounds out our WR group nicely. Even if he's gone after the year, I feel more complete this season knowing he's on the roster, and I feel like the younger guys can lean on his veteran presence. Now, we can actually save $5.6 mil by cutting him, but that means eating $4 mil as dead money which I'm sure they'd rather not do. I don't expect him cut unless he virtually disappears this Preseason.
