Interesting,  there's news out of Houston today that the Texans fired their Director of Pro Personnel and a Pro Scout who was considered their 3rd ranking player personnel executive.    How this impacts the Texans mindset moving forward remains to be seen.   But it can be concluded that either the Texans upper brass wasn't satisfied with their work and/ or they weren't on the same page regarding key pro player evaluations.   Maybe they had a different opinion on Ryan Mallett than the remaining team brass.
