Previous administrations wanted ICE and Border patrol to not engage, not chase, use no force with illegals crossing.
Then there was catch and release (which happened after Obama had caged up children, later to be blamed on Trump)

IDK... it is well known across the world about America, it's immigration policies, and how the general public feels about it.
We should be able to shoot on sight to protect our home, imo.

Years ago I was doing some work in Pharr, Texas. I met this dude who owned a ranch that had some 20 miles of boarder. I can guaranty you that there are not illegals crossing this dudes property. The folks down there protect their own property.
