IF he crossed legally and over stayed that is a different matter.
However of the estimated 11 million illegals here... I doubt even 25% are over stayed visas. But I suppose there is some liberal newspaper with an article stating otherwise you could link me to?
Point being that illegal immigration via crossing an invisible line can be deterred via building a physical barrier where an invisible stands.
Completely fixed? No... for that the government must enforce it's own laws and allows the enforcers to do their jobs, without worry about hurt feelings or looking "PC"
