Regardless of how he entered the country, there should be some method of tracking immigrants once they've entered the country.  There isn't really any system currently in place.  Another thing democrats have been fighting against.

Some Democrats are in favor of e-Verify.  And some Republicans, like Adam Putnam, vehemently oppose it.

Cristhian Rivera, the 24 year old man charged with first degree murder in the death of Mollie Tibbetts, passed the federal government's e-verify program when he was hired four years ago.
