Mario Williams had 5 sacks in 5 games in his switch to OLB w/ the Texans before he tore his pec, and Clowney should best Mario in all of the agility drills. Transcendent players like Clowney are scheme busters. Just line him up and tell him to get the QB and he will dominate no matter where that is.
