The reason is not that Greene is more valuable on the field, it's that he would probably be claimed and has potential trade value. Wilds will probably make it to the practice squad and be available should one of the RBs get injured, and I doubt that would be the case with Greene or Mickens.

Does he? I don't see it. He's not fast, he's not big, he doesn't have a track record of production. What he has is a track record of injuries and fumbles.
