and Fisch & Babich were both mediocre at best/ terrible at worst, hires for OC/DC.

I agree, but the other side of the coin is the OC/DC are only as good as the players they have. And we don't have a lot of talented players and playmakers. I agree, the schemes used are very redundant and lack "scheme". But that could be pertaining to the lack of talent we have. I agree though, they are really on the hot seat. I think year 2 will their hot seat time as we should have a lot more talent and experience at that point.
