Moncrief is on a 1 year deal... Obviously he isn't the long term answer.....

Dez is the same exact receiver(minus the ego), except he doesn't have anywhere close to Moncrief's speed and Moncrief isn't going to whine and complain because he isn't being force feed the ball 10-15 times a game.
