I think he has times where he plays lazy (in preseason when he doesn't take his corner to the back of the endzone) but other times he gives max effort. He just needs to be more consistent. 

Once Chark earns their trust, he will see his PT continue but you can see he's got a ways to go. The fade route was absolutely awful and he had a crucial fumble that completely changed the momentum in that game.
