No need to rush Jackson into the starting line up just yet. Ozzie Newsome is smart. By the time they're finishing up with Flacco he'll have another decent team in place to support Jackson in the long run.

The AFC North is looking at a major change shortly if the Bengals and Steelers don't finish strong. Could be up for grabs by 2019 / 2020. It's slowly trending in that direction already.

Thats always is whats best for any rookie QB.  Sometimes you dont have a choice when the starer gets injured like the Browns and the Bills.  Or your QB is just stinking it up like the situation in Arizona or like how Bortles got thrown in because Henne was so bad.
If your QB is a proven vet and having a decent year, why would you want to throw in the rookie?
