I am not talking about quarterbacks who run more than they pass. I am thinking about guys like Wilson and Kaepernick, who throw a lot but can scramble in the pocket or keep the ball if necessary.

Are you sure they always do that when there is no pressure and a receiver is wide open? The reason they scramble is they need to. Unfortunately they don't always do it right.

It is not that simple. How long does a pocket passer last if his offensive line sucks and he often plays against a very good defense? How long do mobile quarterbacks last if they slide and go out of bounds a lot to protect themselves? You have to look at all of the details before throwing out that kind of statistic.
