I will say that from just the little bit of highlights that I have seen of Garoppolo he seems really good. I wouldn't be against us picking Watkins #3 and 

Garoppolo in the 2nd. I like Shorts but he has yet to complete a season, & Blackmon is so iffy. I have little to no College football knowledge, I pretty much just go off my gut feelings, I defer to the "experts" for the facts (if there is such a thing).
