You'd be hard pressed to find another WR who gives less effort trying to track and go get the football in the air than Moncrief does.

It takes three to tango for a deep ball to work.
Offensive line has to block well, which they haven’t.
Receivers have to get open and/or go up and make the play when it’s there... and too many times they haven’t been able to do that.
Blake has to put the ball where it needs to go.

All it takes is one of those to not do their job and the deep ball doesn’t work.  Face it, we don’t have ARob anymore where Blake could just throw it in his general direction. Blake is inaccurate and struggles with those types of passes.. he has poor touch most of the time.

I do agree that Chark should get some deep bomb attempts thrown his way. We know it won’t be super accurate but hopefully he learns to go up and get it so to speak.
