Sure. He asked for a horrendous game though, and I found one pretty easily. There are actually quite a few stinkers like that throughout Brady's career. Which is fine, no one can play perfect every week, even Brady.

Not saying Blake is Brady at all. Just showing even the best have some abysmal games. 

Peyton had a 6 INT game. Brees, Ryan, Ben, Eli, Stafford, Wilson, Flacco have all had 5 INT games.
