I'm not being critical of your post but do you think Ramsey is over-hyped.  He gives too much of a cushion or he gets beat often

Talks too much. He is smart so he probably won't resign. We have a penchant for blowing it.  We have a history of limited success and talking too much and ending up embarrassed.
