One of the common issues on D calls from the middle (ie Jack) are either wrong or late.

Last year our D was much better when Poz was making the calls or on the sideline.

They need to bring Poz back to help make calls and coach if he would do it. We are lacking football smarts/experience at the LBer position.

It also appears that T Smith is not always in the right spot or missing assignments.

Poz was one of the leaders last year and is missed this year.
