Eh, Poz was a good player but this whole communication stuff needs to be taught and communicated from the teacher(coach) to the student(player). You should never need another student to do the teachers job. Wash just isn't developing squat. Pro bowl talent at every position... but if the pro bowl was today who's going?

I can't accept the argument that the entire defense is basically dumb and they need Poz to save them. They aren't, it's Wash not teaching anything.
