It's certainly possible they are missing what Poz brought to the locker room and position group meeting rooms. 
I wouldn't argue that particular point.  I just feel they haven't missed him very often on the field. Some - but not often. If Mahomes and Kelce were able to beat Jack in coverage, what would they have done to Poz?

And yes, Telvin has had some ugly moments in three games (by my count)  that are not what we've come to expect from him. He's also made some incredible plays as well.
