The missing link is that you had Poz making those calls last year. I think his retirement is really hurting this defense right now.

The emotional send off we witnessed at his retirement ceremony speaks volumes to how much they regarded his leadership. Perhaps it was a hasty move to retire him without a chosen player to properly assume his role.
