Interesting. Maybe they will go back to San diego. LA just isn't as good a football market as owners always think. The Rams made sense (as did the Raiders) the chargers never did.

San Diego.  It's where they belong.  Just get a stadium done.

OKC.  But this would be a VERY small NFL market.  But passionate!

Not St. Louis.  They've lost 2 different franchises and don't support their teams. Plus they're a baseball town and always will be.
