The only way to get this team back on track is to get the key guys who aren't on the IR healthy and back on the field.

It's the lack of depth on the O-Line that is alarming. Cann is likely gone after this year as well and the way he has been playing, Parnell is probably gone as well. Even if the defense gets back on track, the offense lacks good players at key positions right now (QB, OT, RB, TE.)
