Kessler has a weak arm, that's what is holding him back from being an nfl starter. He agent thrown the ball more than 5 yards downfield this game. Thanks for playing though.

Bortles might have a stronger arm, but the more velocity he puts on the ball the more it wobbles. Especially since he also winds it up like he does. I bet that between Kessler having a much faster release and the ball cutting the air better it gets to the target faster...and more accurately...and more catchable.
