And why do you think that is? It has nothing to do with Hackett and everything to do with Blake.

Actually I think it has to do with a lot of things. The mindset of the HC. The ability (or inability) of the QB. And the OL that is banged up and not protecting "overly great".

Blake can't make every throw. He can't make quick reads and he has a slow release. They can't call certain plays because he can't throw them.

They've had opportunities to go elsewhere at QB.
They chose not to.
They chose to extend a QB that they had to make a simple offense for and he still can't operate in it.
So they aren't good at developing talent or evaluating it lol

And in the NFL we see it every year where some offensive or defensive coach thinks his scheme and plays are what matters more than the players executing them.
Meaning... yeah, it is possible for Hack to call the same plays with Brees or Rodgers.
It's also very possible they could operate it and it wouldn't be such a snoozer.
The world may never know.
