IMHO,  too many favorable conditions are needed for Bortles to be a preferred starter in the long run.

Yes. I think this will prove the back breaker for Bortles' tenure in Jax. 

They'll not want to continue having to find ways to compensate for such requirements at the QB position and this year's injury situation is likely forcing them to come to terms with that.
