Did you listen to Tomlin's post game comments? He said they suck and those that do not get better will not be on the team. A very different mentality then we have here.

 

That is because the window is closing on Tomlin and that crew. They are the 2001 Jaguars. This is their last shot and it is slipping away. They are about to go into a total rebuild as well. They've skirted the salary cap for a couple of years and have held on to some guys for a little too long and have lost other guys due to lack of cap space. Tomlin is desperate.
