This guy is given far too much credit for "hitting" on a couple top 5 draft picks and a few later round picks. I can't understand why 100% of the fan base is not convinced this guy needs to go.

All other GMs have huge misses and have good picks. What seperates a good GM to a bad one is the hiring of good coaches and hitting on a franchise QB, wich Caldwell failed in both departments.
